Where in the world are we going? Why to Scotland of course. Where is Scotland and where in Scotland will be living? Scotland is part of the United Kingdom which is really four countries; England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. On a map of Europe, the United Kingdom is on the left hand side, the island off the coast of France and extending towards the North Sea. You can also see Iceland on the map, even further North and to the left (the West). We will be stopping there and changing planes on the way over.
The meetings next week are in Glasgow, Scotland which can be seen on the map. After that, we will be heading to the area called Fife in Scotland, which is to the North of Edinburgh. We are staying very near to St. Andrews on the map, where the sport of golf was invented about 700 years ago.
